I met Scott Jurek during our Freshman year at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. Like many others that went to that college, we were both going in as Physical Therapy majors. Because life isn’t always about running and eating healthy, or “semi-healthy” all of the time. I do my best, but I choose to enjoy my life once in a while. I really chose well with these donuts from Five Daughters Bakery. My only regret is that I couldn’t try all .
EAT AND RUN is, at times, more difficult to read than a sophisticated piece of literature. It isn't condescending, but comes across as naive and underwritten.
